1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using Ritudhara, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or website.

2. Service description

Ritudhara is a menstrual cycle tracking and wellness application, made available via this website and mobile app stores, operated by Mahakarshan.

3. Subscription plans

• Mukt (Free): core cycle tracking, offline-first, 1 device — free forever.
• Dharini (Pro): ₹99/month, includes a 7-day free trial. Cancel any time before the trial ends to avoid charges.

4. Refund policy

Subscription charges are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your Dharini subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Intellectual property

Mahakarshan owns all rights, title, and interest in Ritudhara, including its name, design, and code. You retain full ownership of the data you enter into the app.

6. Prohibited uses

You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse Ritudhara, or use it in a way that violates applicable law.

7. Limitation of liability

Ritudhara is provided "as is." Mahakarshan is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Mahakarshan against claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where Mahakarshan is registered.
